Gray Screen and Fatal Errors!

I just bought this game from steam. when i try to change video settings game is just crashing or a solid gray screen appear...i want my money back if i cant even change the video settings !?

video card: GT 650M SLI (i can play assassins creed 3 with max graphic settings - 1920 x 1080)

The only thing I'm sure about is that Steam doesn't grant refunds. I've never come across a problem like that. Do you have the patched version (1.3)? Can you play the game at all?

Fatal Errors in general are something you have to get used with when playing DG^^ Try not to minimize the game when it's loading something.
