I know I speak for most of us when I say thanks for beginning development of GalCiv3!  I have yet to find an equal to GalCiv2 since its release, so I am eagerly awaiting this sequel.  I still find myself playing GalCiv2 every now and then which is a testament to how good of a game it was.  Looking forward to seeing what you guys can do for this next release!

Third, I started playing GC II again and searched up GC III on that same day, only to find the third in development. Maybe my keen instincts picked that this series was still going to continue since I had such a great time modding the game and fooling around with the codes... I got over 32 custom civilizations that I designed from ship layouts, custom pictures, custom starting planets names... and even added on to the tech tree to my hearts content. I cannot claim that I would be a good coder simply because I wasn't keeping up to date in gaming technology, but I certainly be interested in modding features... I learned the codes of GCII inside out because they were so simplistic and easy to comprehend.
