How to combine mods APT2.02 and High Resolution mod?

I want to combine the APT2.02 and High Resolution mods, but have not found the instructions to do so.

Would I overwrite HR files over APT2 or vice versa?

I made a post about how to combine mods, using my own and the HRGM as an example, here. It should work for APT too, because my mod is similar enough.
