Any idea what the minimum requirements will be for this game

Besides the 64-bit OS?

Basically if a laptop can run LH, and is on Windows 7, should it be expected to be able to run GalCiv III?

You will also need a DirectX 10/11 capable gfx card. Everything else is still unknown.
