How many times have ya'll watched the trailer?

I love the music!

It is atmosphere-ic.

Interesting factoid: The music themes in GalCiv III (including the trailer) are being done by the same person who did the music for Civilization IV and V.  The ambient music is being done by the same person as Galactic Civilizations II.

I only needed to watch it once before hitting Purchase!

haha I preordered before they finished uploading the website to the server this morning.

I watched after buying too, but I went back and watched once more to see if I missed anything.  The Thalan was clearer the second time around.  

I was watching at work. Watched it 5 times without sound. Just now seen it with sound.

Music is overlooked by developers in a lot of games. GCII being completely different (see: alliance03).

What music is considered ambient? Anything not a race theme?

Visuals are awesome. Music and sound goes, knock on wood, flawlessly with it so far.

I've thrown so much money at various upcoming games (SC, Numenera, Project Eternity, etc.) and now I'll be doing this one, too.

I'm gonna have to put these people down as references as to why I'm looking for a second job.

I saw the link to GC3 on GC2 and hit purchase, then nerded out, watched the trailer, nerded out again, read the forums, danced excitedly in front of my baffled missus, watched the trailer again and nerded out once more.

The trailer is awesome!, Going to be watching it a few more times i'm sure!

Brad if you want a 3rd option/MOAR for music/sound people Studio X Labs ie Paul Ruskay. This guy did homeworld and sots series and more. More the merry yes?   

Oooooh...that's a thought.

Homeworld 1 &2 are being remade in HD and apparently the third is in the works. Hopefully their releases don't conflict.
