Hello Play the Sins of a Solar Empire diplomacy and I have the maximum effects but I want better graphics mod know I can use is the v1.34 version of diplomacy

Not much changed between 1.37 and 1.34. Nothing that should mess with any mods anyway.

It may not be the solution you are looking for but Rebellion improved the graphics in a number of ways and the upcoming patch for Rebellion improves them even further.

As said before, don't bother with Diplomacy/Trinity.  Nobody plays it anymore.  Get Rebellion.

well there still alot of ppl that plays the trinity pack  and that graphic mods not bad   add me if u got trinity
