TRON dream possible?

I'm fairly sure that I'll never see a Dream like this but...

Can a Dream be created that has either of the following:

1. Disks being tossed around a digitized room?

2. Lightcycle on the grid riding into the horizon creating a wall behind it

These would be absolutely awesome for a dream.
