Internet issues...hence bad para formatting.

I hate testing new skinners but I do.  Yor WB blacked out my browser and didn't skin anything.  It seem that when other moderators checked it, it didn't work for them.  Instead of making posts, try fixing your skin or try making friends and see if one will check it out and tell you what needs fixed.  And after you fix it they might apply the skin and see what happens and if it works you can reupload it.
