[1.2][BUG] Cloud Walk can't be cast on player-owned tiles which used to belong to wildlands

If you claim wildlands territory, you still can't use cloudwalk on its tiles. You got error tooltip "Target tile cannot be occupied by an enemy unit".

Quite annoying when you have clamed some parts of map for yourself from that big bad elemental and can't fully use strategic movement spells on them

That bug is ancient.. they still haven't fixed it?

Either way just cloud walk just outside it, roads and whatnot shouldn't make the bug too annoying anyways.
