Small Hick Town Draws Big Name Band

Hey guys, just wanted to say that the wife and I attended the Kingsport FunFest this year, and for the first time for either of us, we got to see the band Chicago!

 

Was a really great performance, and we got a pretty good position. It took place in a stadium, and we sat in chairs on the Astroturf.

I must say, I had never heard Chicago rock like that! Even sans Peter Cetera, it was a really great show.

 

Oh, the opener was a guy named Gavin DeGraw....never heard of him, not so bad. Kind of a mix between Justin Timberlake and Michael Buble.

 

Great fireworks show after the concert too. Chicago rocked for about 2 hours!

Classic. Sorry the shop took so long. Had to stop choking from laughing and clean the screen first. 

 

Dropbox is https. Imageshack is http.

That's the reason why without a password no one else can see them.  XD

The one that says they opened is wrong. They Closed. But in that video, if you look close, at 1:11 you can see us from the back. No biggie.

Nice shots Jim!!  Hot air balloons are kool, as well as Chicago ( the band)!!! :w00t:
