Cannot Build Ragnarov Rebel Titan in v 1.5.4755

I am unable to build the Ragnarov Rebel Titan Solar Empire Rebellion v 1.5.4755, when I build it the progress just stuck at about 40% and stays there is this a bug?

Background: I installed SOSE v 1.01 updated it to v 1.03 then to v 1.1 and installed the latest v 1.5.4755 (in separate directory) without uninstalling the old game.

 

Please help me resolve this issue.

Well assuming you know howto research the level 1/2/3/4 of titan research, which i assume you do.

 

I'd bet on that weird installation method being the problem, and the only thing I can think of suggesting is to simply delete everything and reinstall. Let the game automatically update the version for you.

I mean, you do own it i assume, so shouldn't be a problem.

I will do a cleanup & re-installation but is this has to do some thing with the levels of titan? I have done the level 1 research only for which the titan construction at foundry hanged at said 40%. Please clearifiy.

You must research all 4 of the techs to fully build a titan. Each tech lets you increase how much of it you can build until you can finally reach 100% on the 4th one. It's kind of weird, but could be used in titan rushes to let you get started building the titan before you have all the labs to research it (though I rarely see this happen).
