Resolution or Fullscreen Change

Hello;

Today I installed GalCiv 2 Ultimate Edition via steam download. However it is working on 1024*768 windowed mode. I cannot change it to fullscreen 1920*1080 resolution from options menu. When i change, it says i need to restart game but nothing happens when i restart. Moreover i cant locate debug.err file in installation folder or prefs.ini file in my documents. They just dont exists.

Can you help me pls?

My computer is

Amd fx 6300 cpu

8gb ram

amd hd 7870 gpu

Windows 7 64 bit

Try running the game as an admin. If it's not saving the settings, and it's not even generating the folder under My Documents/My Games, you probably have a permissions issue on that folder.

ok its solved. I must enable the unicode support for programs for my language.
