How to become a contracted Stardock- Theme- Designer?

Im semi- profesional!

Hello Friends,

Since two weeks I´m designing a tropical green theme

that I planed to publish as a Stardock- Designer!

I learned Desktop- publishing with a Mac/ Photoshop/

Freehand/ XPress in the early 1990- worked as executive

designer for a north- italien Comunity Newspaper using

WinVista from 2010 til 2012 in our office.

In my hometown Nurenberg/ Germany I worked six years

in a flexoprint- pre- press factory with DuPont- Cromalin-

Proof- Toners, blending the whole PANTONE & HKS- Colour-

scale.

Now I´m living with my wife and our children in a house-

under- construction in the easter quaters of Santo Domingo-

I like it to dedicate my time to the garden and my smartbook

imported from Germany (only XP 32bit, 150GB HD, 1GB RAM),

connected with mobile- USB- Internet.

My best friend from nothern Germany is administrating my

domain, donya-lena.de, and until I´ll pay the rent for the

next year I´ll need some incommings from it!

So- calculating 24/7 Internet, food and Cigaretes I need about

200 $/ month and 100 $ next December for the domain- rent.

Next year I´ll need a new PC to work faster, but first it would

be important, that you, dear WinCostumize- executives find

a online- job for me, that helps enter my living- costs.

Its a very creative thing, customizing XP, Ilike it, thanks

for the SKS and WB apps, it works good!

Please answer me soon, thank you for your attention!

Hate to tell you David, but Stardock does not support skinning in Windows XP or Windows Vista any more with the release of SkinStudio 8 and Windowblinds 8. Their new SkinStudio 8 software only supports Windows 7 and Windows 8.  Windowblinds 8 however will still apply XP and Vista skins.

Last I checked also they do not hire skin developers any more either, but I will let them comment on that.

Good luck on your job search, and please give up smoking too, it will kill you. :)

Heh, not a good way to start. - https://forums.wincustomize.com/448345

Skinners here like LightStar for example have been skinning for years, and have worked their way up to Master status to be able to sell skins here.  Take a look at his gallery, or skinners like Vampothika, 2of3, Xiandi, etc. and see the quality work they are doing.
