game registraion problems

Hi I just recently reinstalled GalCiv2. I'm have an issue with trying to register my game, I don't see it in the my downloads section. I see the sins games I have but not GalCiv2. I've tried all other emails addresses that i have used in the past and no of them work either. Any ideas? I have the gold edition (hard copy) if that helps.
