[help!] How can I add extral actions when a unit in the area of a city?

I would like to post it in the thread however found no responses... Sorry for that if it bothers.

I would like to add some extra "action" to city or units. How is that possible?

 

For example I've got an unit U-A who is week. I'm told units trained in one of my fortress F-B will get a +5 HP, and I want U-A get that bonus so I may want a "retrain" in U-A's action when it is in the control area of F-B. Would that be possible?

 

Or if there is no new actions could be added, could my unit be shown in the city's train list so it can be reborn(get killed but appears in the city's trainning list) from the city once I click "train"?

Whatever the meature is, all that I want it the possibility making my existing unit be able to appear in one of my existing city's train chain.

Hmm... unlocking a new abiliy based on a unitstat is easy, so the first order of business would be to get them the unitstat.

When you have an outpost it can give unitstats to units inside its area. I would start at looking at how outposts give that bonus to friendlies in the area. Once you can replicate that, you can set up a spell that requires the new unitstat.

Thank you for your answer, but all that I'm caring the most is, how can I get my existing units be retrained in my existing city?

As I found it really hard adding another "action" to some a unit, or the city.

Any meature, for example a spell that could kill the unit but let it appear to a selected city's trainning queue.

Any suggestions?

Is there any chancce that I can get the current turn number like that:

Not that I know.

You can mod a global named 'TurnNumber' and give your sovereign the ablility to increase this number by +1 per turn.

But I don't know how to access this new variable in caculations.
