Is there a mod that removes the chain/and or plate proficiency from early game units?

Hi all,

 

Starting to take a look at the mods out there. One thing that annoys me is the early game use of chain and plate proficiencies when those armies are far down the tech tree. its a waste of early game hammers for something that many of the units i make will never see.

Is there a mod that removes that proficiency?

Heh? You can design your own units you know. Click the design tab and create away, no mod needed ;)

Those designs are there so people that don't want to design there own units have designs that thhey can use throughout the game.

Well he obviously want to design his own? Since he is complaining about labor costs of "useless"chain and plate mail proficiences?
