Maybe someone will enjoy this ...
I am playing a campaign with Tolmekian's mod, and through trading aquired two techs which increase the planet quality by three tiles each.
Combined with the terraforming tech and good luck (and one evil decision which improved a planet by 47%), I am now owner of two planets with quality 43:
