Cant connect to ico multiplayer

hello. A friend got me this game a two weeks ago.  we played for some hours online.  having not played it for 2 weeks we thought we give it another game since it was fun.  but when i click on ico muilter player  all i get is this

The background moves and sound is being played but i dont see any this else.  if i click login or hang around on the lobby to long it says network error  disconnected from ironclad servers.

 

the game worked fine twos weeks ago. Iv looked at other topics and found notting that works

 

List of things iv tired

Restarting steam

Restarting pc

Updated drivers

4x Verify integity of game cachi  ------ says 1 file is invailed and will be redownloaded.  but notting happens after

reinstilled steam + sins

rebellion.user.settings deleted

disabled all firewalls and all other progarms

opened 800 6000 - 6200 and all of steam ports

opened nat allowed all

after all system restore to 2 weeks and notting still wont work

 

 Edit: ALL my other games on steam work fine and all non steam games work fine this is the only game thats not working

when i ping ico2.stardock.com:8000 outside of the game it says it could not find.  but iv tired with every thing to stop it.

 

If any one could help me i really big thankful

Hmm looks like it is a Provider/router problem. i can join the multiplayer with my laptop, if i use my mobile phone as an hotspot. as soon as i try to connect with my normal internet i am just unable to join.

It is just weird because everything was ok before the new DLC/patch.

Remove you router from the equation and see. basically directly connect to your modem and see.

the router i am talking about is also my modem. (fritzbox 7270). As already said, i were able to play multiplayer and even hosted the games when i played with my friends (so it should not be any not opened port problems)

when i trace route to the stardock servers, everything works ok until the first jump to their servers. 

well tomorrow is monday and maybe they will answer my ticket. at least i am not alone and there are several other people having the same issue.

Let's try this:  If you open a command prompt with admin privileges and type: ipconfig /flushdns  Does that help any?

xMaSx - Can you try the following?

Run a tracert to ico2.stardock.com and post the results.

Try opening this URL in your browser:

http://ico2.stardock.com:8080/ico8000.txt

Lastly, are you able to get to www.stardock.com in your browser?

I also have the same problem like xMaSx, and everything was fine before the lastest 1.5 patch. I ran a tracert to ico2.stardock.com, but i can't open http://ico2.stardock.com:8080/ico8000.txt. Link to stardock.com opens without a problem.

I use Google translator.

The computer is connected via a router. Yesterday connected the cable to the line and the ports opened - there is no result, then I disabled the firewall ... the result is not all the same.
