Forbidden Worlds Planet Guide

Is it possible someone can cobble together a rough guide on exactly what the new planet types feature? I'm talking general advantages/disadvantages. It just seems like there's a lack of information on this subject at the moment, I'm colonising planets and not really understanding what I'm getting from it.

For example: Ferrous worlds have a very high metal asteroid count but as far as population or slots go, I haven't properly paid attention. Feeling some solid recording of these bonuses would be a good idea.

Edit: Alternatively, if anyone could direct me to such a compilation it would be appreciated. The manual hasn't been update, nor had the wiki page to my knowledge at this point.

It only came out yesterday, but from what I can tell these are the best features of the new planets.

1. Barren - Largest number of logistics slots.

2. Greenhouse - Most planet health.

3. Oceanic - Large number of social upgrades.

4. Ferrous - Lots of metal asteroids, large number of industrial upgrades.

From what little I've seen so far:

Ocean planets:

- A strictly worse kind of Terran planet that supports less population, which of course means it's still very, very good.

- Strongly encourages social specialization to leverage the high base population as well as the increased number of social upgrades available.

- Same number of logistical slots as Terran

Ferrous planets:

- Metal galore. It's very much like a Volcanic planet, but looks like even more extreme, with more metal.

- Strongly encourages industrial specialization: It gets very few social upgrades, but lots (maximum?) industry.

- 4 less logistical slots than Volcanic/Ice.

Greenhouse planets:

- Oddball planet. It can't support a high population and doesn't appear to be very resource rich, either. The only way it seems to stand out is it gets an extra set of tactical slots, so it's easier to defend. It can be specialized into either type, getting three upgrades in both series.

Barren planets:

- Actually, this is the real oddball. Its design makes no sense whatsoever.

- Despite having no atmosphere this is actually a low-tech planet type. Unlike all the other new types it doesn't require any research to colonize.

- Supports a medium population, higher than volcanic or greenhouse but less than ice. Because living on a planet where you can't breathe is FUN!

- Gets access to lots of logistical slots for some reason (?). It has 44 (!) slots when fully upgraded.

- Same as Dwarf planet, is slightly encouraged towards social specialization with an extra upgrade slot in that development line. Of course, though, it could make an excellent trading planet with that many logistical slots.

- Overall, this planet type seems a little too good. Finding this one early in the game would give one quite a leg-up, especially if it's the crystal-heavy variant.

With that many logistical slots with full industrialization, would make the perfect hub for ship building if your Vasari using phase stabilization.  Seriously... Build 10 or 11 ships per cycle at an accelerated rate and jump them straight to the front line.  That's a huge strategic asset.

Pasificst society(The first name is wrong...not sure how it was exactly spelled)

+4 logistic slots

-4 tactical slots

these obviously were planet bonusses instead of planet stats

Nice to see I'm not the only one putting together a list, I think I'll post mine as well, has a little extra info about which planets can have which bonuses.

The page is open for editing so if anyone thinks they have anything useful to add then be my guest.

Also I used wit01plr's spreadsheet as a base rather than starting from scratch, so if anyone actually cares about credit it goes to him, not me.
