Problem with Metaverse

Am not able to play

Hi,

I bought Calactic Civ II Ultimate via Steam.

When I press "Metaverse" or "Tournament" it asks me to create a  char in the metaverse first. 

When I click on "no" it returns to the menu.

When I click on "Yes" I come to a page where I can add a char.

My problem is that this is still true after I created a char. Even after I created a char I still get the message and after pressing "yes" come to a page where I can add a user.

 

But I can not play using that char. Obviously I am doing something wrong.

 

How can I tell Galactic Civ II that I have a char and that it should use it?

 

Can anyone help me?

I don't believe the "Tournament" mode is active any more.  However, your Metaverse profile clearly shows your character, so you should be able to play a Metaverse game.

 

I'd suggest requesting help from Stardock's Customer Support.
