LogonStudio Registry error

Logon Studio error "LogonStudio is no more registered as Logon screen Editor Do you want to register it?"
HELP Please

I'm getting the error above whenever I start LogonStudio and even if I click Yes it doesn't work. When I click apply for a new login skin it just loggs me out the the default windows logon screen. Running Windows XP sp3. Is there some registry entry that could be changed to make this work. I had it working no problem on this machine, but after a fresh install of windows, no luck... 
Please help me!
