[1.0] Create a post for reporting issues

With the upcoming 1.0 release, there should be a sticky added to the Legendary Heroes Support forum with info on how to report bugs/requests, especially since some new players will be coming in for the first time.

Potential topics:

*How to word the subject line- version number in brackets followed by a meaningful description

*How to troubleshoot problems- updating video card driver, verifying the data files on Steam, remove mods, etc.

*Where to go on your PC to find meaningful support files- save game location, crash dump location, posting saves via Dropbox

Any other topics/ideas missing?

I've been puzzled as to why this wasn't a permanent feature here, as most forums I frequent have clear guidelines for such.

Good idea imo. I'd add a permanant "Reported/fixed bugs here" thread to that per version, save on unnecessary postings.
