[ Tiles 1.10 ] Tiles crashes at launch

Hello there !
I used to have issues with Tiles configurations that crashed all the time. So I decided to update the software, and now it's worse.
Each time I try to launch Tiles, it crashes as Windows notifies it :

I tried to open both Tiles.exe or Tiles64.exe, even as administrator, they all crash not even a second after. It seems to be one incompatibility with something in my system. Or maybe a configuration/preference file that is not removed while uninstalling ?
I am using Windows 7 Home up-to-date, running with WindowBlinds and Fences.
That's a shame because I really use it all the time, it is a great software.
