No Campaign showing

I purchased gal civ 2 from gamestop via their gamestop app.  It installed and opens fine but when I try to do the campaign there is no campaign available from the open campaign screen, it is completely empty.  From where can I get the campaign file(s).  I searched star docks patches and such pages but didn't find it anywhere.

Try this (or this one if you have 64-bit windows). Save the file and run it, agreeing to merge when prompted.
