Steam wtf?

Hi everyone!

I just got GalCiv2: Ultimate Edition (which i brought from Steam) but I can't enable cheats. When i go to the folder Galactic Civilizations II - Ultimate Edition, I find it empty. The game works fine, but the folder is simply empty. I have also tried to go to "Run" then typed C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\galciv2.exe" cheat (I have installed the game on drive C), but that doesn't work out either! It simply says: "Windows cannot find ":/Program". Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." I really don't know what to do, and Steam is not nice when it comes to find folders. Any, yes ANY help would be really appreciated.

The game should be located at SteamApps\common\galactic civilizations ii - ultimate edition under wherever you have Steam installed.

Go into Steam and select the game from your library, right click and select 'properties', under the first ('General') tab you will see a button named 'Launch Options'

Select this and into the text box type 'cheat' (without the punctuation marks) - this will give you access to the cheat mode when you launch through Steam.
