Steam problems

I have an Galciv ultimate edition purchased on steam and after steam updated the content it requires me to register at stardock and i tried that but it says my game is registered to another account. What is the problem i have all the necessary things including cd key and still it doesnt help?

 

I changed my password and checked if the game i have is on the list of owned games but its not there and then it says its registered to another account.

 

what to do?

This may mean you entered a different email address/account the first time than you are entering now. If that is not the case, please contact [email protected] and they should be able to help.
