[bug][0.75] A.I settling on... Iron Ore ?!

As the title says...

Magnar has founded a city just on an Iron Ore ressource. According to City Details, there is no grain, no essence, and no production either on this spot (which seems quite logical); however , there is a city on that tile (which indicates a strange behaviour from the AI...)

Basically: AI is settling on tiles with no tile Yields. NOT good.

(Same game as in my post about double champions)

They also setling on random treasure chests or uncleared monster lairs just strait on the head of monsters. This made me mad. I have noticed that now monsters tend to leave their lairs ocasionaly and guess what, pioneers of AI just waiting of such an oportunty to pop up there city :D

Well, obviously, Magnar had picked Anemic as a weakness to pick up an extra custom race talent.  This will fix it!  O:)

I have seen this as well.   :banhammer:  Pioneer spam!  Unlock Pioneers like new heroes... using fame.  Turn current pioneers into Engineers for outposts and roads.

Love the joke and love the suggestion.

Like this idea as well...

But the real problem here is, HOW DID THE AI SETTLE IN THAT SPOT ?

Even with fame-costing pioneers, I don't think this should be allowed...

(Not that I'm jaleous... Given that settling on a tile with NO yield grants 0 material, 0 grain and 0 essence, good luck building anything in that city.

But I assume this is crippling the AI as well... Plus, it just looks like outright cheating :p )
