Graphics bug

I took a screenshot of the problem but I can't figure out how to paste it or insert a file.

The problem is that some of the graphics like tile yields hover are distorted and smeared across the screen.  When I turn off the tile yields option on the advanced tab it goes away.  There are other examples also but I'm not sure of their origin since I haven't been playing the game for very long.  Both the game and my graphics drivers were recently updated.

Hoping this is a common easy to fix problem that I just couldn't find on the forum.
