Who, What, Why, How, When?

I've had a few people ask where they can pick color on their JoeUser site, and I just wanted to clear this up.

The new color schemes will be added soon. Can't say exactly when until "the man upstairs" gives the go ahead. Right now, this feature is only for the webmasters. I just figured I'd try out my new color scheme (MidNight) out and see how it looked out there on the internet. Glad you all like it. But don't worry, we WILL be allowing users to pick color schemes and a whole lot more in the near future. We just have so much more stuff we need to add to the site first. Features, features, features first... then the we'll break out the car wax for that glowing finish!

So, for all of you who just can't seem to find that special button on their site to select colors, you won't find it... yet. Please be patient. New features coming everyday. Check back as soon as you can.

thanks for the re-assurance. :) The site is looking better and better ever day, with more and more features popping up.

And it's obviously being done properly. This is the only live website I've seen that hasnt encoutnered serious technical issues and data wipes as it is developed. Usually a web site is either held back till it's "Ready" and then never enhanced again, or its seriously unstable as it's getting modified.

We do almost all of our testing and setting up on test.joeuser.com before we move the final version over to the production server at www.joeuser.com. This has greatly filtered the problems out of making final releases. Although, a few bugs have slipped past testing and showed up on production, we have for the most part done a decent job of making sure stuff worked before it went out the door. :)

Any update on when these will be available? I could walk in to the next room and ask you, but I am too lazy ;)
I think that you don't have plans of letting us use them......you just feel "special" because you have a different color....yeah...that's it!

Actually, I think as far as this week goes, and next, we will be focusing on getting things to load faster. Then, I'm certain features like this one will be issues considered. :)
