Level up trait selection

Derek,

i see you have mentioned that you have fixed a couple of the spots where you can skip ahead on the trait tree. Did this fix all of them or do you need to fix each separately, thus requiring every instance reported?

I guess every instance needs to be reported, because one trait needs the other trait as a requirement in the XML.
