[Feature Request] Highlight armies which still have movement points

Army list on the left side of the screen lacks move important information: if this army already spent all movement points. You had to click on each one to find out.

Also hotkey "move to the next army with movement points left" will be very welcome.

If the unit has moves left the portrait displays with a bright(er) green border. It's probably too subtle.

also, I believe the hotkey you're looking for is TAB.
