(Bugs LH .50) Panther hero and Curgen's Tomb

I really like the new balances in LH. I played a few games and here are some issues I had.
1. Ascian (the panther hero) was not controllable normally. After I used the collar and captured him, I had to select each portrait in the army to be able to move the army. When I removed Ascian from the army, I couldn't move him until I added a second unit.
2. The Curgen's Tomb monster area would not clear, all beasties/Storm Dragon were killed and treasures taken, but the green outline remained and the area was dead to me.
