Does StormWorld Make the AI easier?

I wanted to say first off that I really like this mod, especially the lizardmen. 

I ask this question because in my unmodded game on challenging I got steamrolled yet the first game I played with the mod, it was a cakewalk even at that difficulty. Are there any AI issues related to the mod with all the new races and stuff added?

None except the obvious. For example, if you're up against undead and use a lot of magic you'll have an easy time (it's their weakness).

Stormworld should actually be slightly harder than the vanilla game because you can't just focus on one strategy and conquer every other faction with that.
