What seems to happen when you attempt to play? Do you receive any specific errors?

When i try to put the serial key in it says been used on another computer, Does that mean i will have to buy another copy of the game or is there away round this, I Mean i bought the game so i should be able to play it on another computer through my steam account. thank you for replying.

You don't need to buy another copy.  I've got FE installed on two computers from Steam and I only bought one.  I don't recall entering the serial key twice, though.  I entered it once for the one computer, but it should already have it when you install on the second computer.  Have you tried just hitting the Install button in your Library?  Or is that where it's asking for the key?

yes it asks me for the key and then says its has alredy been used so i don't no what to do.
