[CRASH] Details on part-hidden city (1.32)

The game crashes if I select "Details" for a partly-hidden enemy city.

Steps to reproduce:
Move Sir Kodrin's army NW towards the Yithril village, Abriiddi. You will run out of move just inside their borders. Select the just-visible city (with three enemy heroes immobilized within). Click Details... and crash.
