Bug 1.32 - Diplomacy screen doesn't execute agreed results.

Is it just me, or does it seem that 1.32 has a lot more bugs then 1.3 had?

anyway, here is a new one.

I am punishing Tarth to smithereens. Two cities left, another about to die.

I check diplomacy with them, demand surrender. When I select Surrender under their sovereign as option, I am allowed to bid money and influence (I like influence).

One point of any resource is enough for Tarth to say it is agreed.

Unfortunately, it doesn't execute as surrender. I can try it again, as well as offer peace for example - even if we agree on peace, it also doesn't execute....

so....diplomacy wasn't something even before, but now its rather....lousy and buggy.

please repair it.
