[BUG] Bad placement when being ejected for tresspassing

Unit is alongside the Pit of Lost Voices and gets ejected for trespassing.   It is placed on top of one of the pillars at the second gate, which is normally a blocked tile.  So instead of requiring the hammer, the unit can move directly into the pit and fight the monster.

Now my dog has been trapped in the Pit of Lost Voices.

I'm hoping that this can be fixed before Annie starves.

It's a long-standing issue. I've had stacks get ejected into one-tile areas where they were surrounded by an opponent's territory. Best advice? Only do that kind of thing while having a mage present who can cast Cloud Walk. :\

what if instead of being ejected, you had x turns to leave, or the faction immediately declares war on you?

Not a bad idea. I also wouldn't mind seeing any trespass on another player's land being sellable:so-many-turns' access for so-much gold, or a unit, or a spell, or some combination. With a barrier otherwise, unless yo untended to declare war.

What bugs me is having to repeatedly eject with no alternative to declaring war.  How about letting me attack the offender after 2 consecutive trespasses?

How about getting ejected to the tile from where you entered?   Or being given a choice of tiles?
