'App did not launch within its allotted time' events

After installing ModernMix I am now receiving a lot of 'App did not launch within its allotted time' events in the Windows 8 Event Viewer when I open a W8 app.  Here's the details from a specific event:

App Microsoft.BingNews_8wekyb3d8bbwe!AppexNews did not launch within its allotted time.

Event Id:  2486

Source:  Apps

Level:  Error

Keywords:  (64), Process Lifetime Manager

I used to receive these errors every now and then, but after installing ModernMix they are appearing almost always when opening an app

Is this problem related to ModernMix?  If so, can it be fixed?

Are you closing the apps fairly soon after opening them?

There is a bug in Win8 where it doesn't realise thats happened and so the app failed to launch in time according to the logs.

I think you are correct.  I did a few tests and the only time the event appears to be created is when I close the app shortly after opening it.  Thanks.
