Installed beta, not working entirely as expected

I just installed the beta and although apps appear inside a window now, the contents of said windows are extremely blurry and there are artifacts all over the place, like black backgrounds, making a lot of text unreadable. I've rebooted, but the problem remains. Any suggestions?

Oh right, I obviously should have given that information. It's an Nvidia Geforce GT 240, driver version is 314.07 (latest), OS is Windows 8 Pro 64bit (with Media Center). 4 gb ram.

If you use one of the standard apps like finance does the problem exist?

Yes. In fact, it's the standard apps which seem to glitch the most. This is what the news app looks like:

Nevermind, found the problem. Completely unrelated to this product, looks like windows 8 doesn't like FXAA.

Ahh.  As it happens neither do I.  That caused us great pain in some other apps too.  Never force that on all apps or it breaks stuff badly.
