Scrolling bug

I have just bought this game off steam. After a few (<10) turns into the game the screen goes to the edge of the map even  though i not touch the keyboard or mouse and the mouse is at the centre of the screen.If i try to scroll out of it it goes really slowly and then goes back to the edge of the map.I can't find the debug thing. can anybody help?

I have AMD 6300 graphics card
