Missing? -about enchants on cities.

When an enemy cast a spell on your city, if your view isn't on it (the city) at that exact time it's really hard to tell that it has happened.

Why not a popup like in MoM?  -and when I'm at it, why can't i see these "bad" enchantments under "govern"? All I can see is my own enchantments..

Yup. And more than once too, would you believe it!? :P

But it's weird to me that this hasn't been taken care of by now. I am of the opinion that it's something I shouldn't need to ask for at all, but as long as it's coming in an upcoming patch I'm happy. :)
