[1.30] no Bug: Poison resist doesn't work anymore?

I have a sovereign with the trait that gives 100 poson resist, but i still took damage from a spiders poison. This didn't happen in earlier versions as far as i remember.

Are you sure it wasn't acid spit? Just making sure...

Poison resistance doesn't protect against acid spit. It is like death damage - there is no resistance that makes you immune to it.

But you shouldn't take any damage from a regular spider with poison attack hitting you.

I see, its just that i don't remember the spit doing damage before..
