Faction attitude/aggression

Hey, is it possible to mod factions attitude? (something like neutral, good, evil etc. make faction more or less likely to attack)

so far i found in one of my custom factions xml that:

<Alignment>Neutral</Alignment>

but not sure if thats the thing.

I think in the units folder you get to see your souverign, where you can edit the AI personality. Unfortunately I don't have a complete list of personalities, if someone can kindly provide...
