Windows 8 Style menu does not work

Start8 Windows8 Style menu on Dell Inspire 17R 64 bit works only in Full Screen mood.  Small, Tall, Wide, large does not work.  Choosing one these will give a Start button click on it will flash a blue screen then disappear.

 

Support is HORRIBLE of Stardock.  They never care to respond.  It is WORST support I had ever experienced.  If there is a rating system for Stardock support, I would give it a big F for not responding emails sent to [email protected]

You have a reply. On Monday.  The first day Stardock was back.

Where is the reply?  In your mailbox? That could certainly be horrible is replies are going to wrong mailbox. I posted after waiting until 5:00 PM EST and no reply.
