"Smart Drones" Starbase Module not working?

Researched it but can't upgrade starbases with it

Hi! I downloaded the latest versions of GalCiv2 and all 3 Addons yesterday (Arnor 2.04).
Today I started a new Campaign of Dread Lords and I researched "xeno research > advanced computing" and the last one says it unlocks a Starbase module called Smart Drones to increase production.

I tried to upgrade a economic (should be there because it boosts production?) and a military starbase but there is no Smart Drones option. Is this a bug or did I just miss something?

Smart Drones require the Massive Scaling Center module. It is unlocked by Xeno Factory Construction.
