Please Fix! Cleared Wildlands are always considered "occupied" by an enemy unit, preventing teleports and Wanderlust maps on these squares

It's in 1.29 but also in all the other versions of FE.  Currently, even when you clear a Wildlands, you can't teleport there (even if you have cities there) as it is still considered occupied by an enemy unit.  Could you please fix this?  That would be great. =)

Also, Wanderlust quests can't appear there, sometimes making the quest appear a long way from the point of use of the Quest Map.

Please fix!  When you have kingdom/empire wide teleport spells, sometimes you can't teleport in time to save them from being autorazed by AI players (another crucial bug that needs fixing) because ex-Wildland squares are always considered "occupied".

I think teleporting is an exploit anyways and should be FIXED or REMOVED from the game. Then they can change the AI's behavior not to raze a city so quickly and wait until the human player gets there and then raze it. ;) Teleport needs a major cool down of 30 seasons then it wouldn't be such an exploit.
