I have Desktop X 3 Pro and have an issue with the scripting window. The header is there with the drop downs, so is the footer; however, the actual scripting window is completely grayed out and I can't do anything with it. if anyone can assist with a solution or reason why this is happening I would greatly appreciate it.
Not sure about DesktopX 3 Pro, but.....
DesktopX 3.5 Pro will not allow anything scripted to run. It is a known bug which hasn't seen any attention. It's totally useless and shouldn't even be available.
You'll need a newer version and I don't see that available anymore.
I was fortunate enough to archive the 4.0 Beta of DesktopX Pro, which installs as 3.96. It doesn't seem to be in the store or in SDC.
It works pretty well.
I'd write an email to [email protected]
Then wait for a response other than the automated one.
If you respond before being contacted, you'll get moved to the back of the "line".
