How to get intouch with sales or support...

Hi everyone

I'm trying hard to get in touch with either sales or support, as we're trying to place an order, but our discounts aren't deducted...

We've two support tickets open, but there's no reactions to those, the first was opened the 7th, the next by emailing supoort from the form on the homepage the 8th.

Anyone got a good idea on how to get hold on anybody from Stardock??

Have also tried calling them, but only to end up on an answering machine.

Help would by greatly appreciated.

It 'was' the weekend, in the US.  It's now Monday morning.

Hi, Henrik...

One important thing: Stop writing. Each time you do, the request for help will get shunted to the end of the queue.

Look for any "Auto-reply" - they will have your ticket number. They should go to the email associated with your account. If you don't see one, look in your email's "junk" or "spam" folder.

Monday is usually a very busy day (weekend help requests). Please wait for at least 72 hours before writing again.

A Support person will probably notice this thread and try to help. There is another way as well: On this page
