"Maximum activation's reached"

Hello. Can someone from support look at the ticket I opened. I'm getting an error "Maximum activation's reached." I ran into hard drive trouble and I'm just wondering if this can be reset. Please let me know.

I have the same issue, I had to re-format my PC, and now I keep getting the "Maximum activations reached". Is there something that can be done?
