Modding Question on Triggers

I can't seem to figure out how to trigger a battle just by walking over a tile. So far I can only trigger a battle if the sovereign ends his move on that tile by selecting it to move to, not just by moving over it. Anybody know how to do this?

As for my experience, I am not sure the just walking over the tile will be available right now... I am not very experienced though xD
